Your comments continue to be articulate and thoughtful. I don't want you to get bogged down about student apathy but it sure is apparent that you have seen it at all grade levels. Please read my posting to last week's article. I think I was the 13th post.

This week let's talk about the Terra Nova testing and how it affected your teaching. Erika, you can apply this to readying for the IB. This is very much like the WASL so you will have a sense of the pressure teachers and students are under in WA as well.
